The project consisted of the upgrading and renovation of an existing Single Storey building (formerly a 100 Bed Residential Unit) on the grounds of St Luke’s Hospital, Clonmel
Internal works consisted of the stripping out of existing mechanical and electrical installations, partial demolition works and removal of asbestos containing material, including suspended ceilings and floorings. Following the strip-out and demolition phase, the interiors were fitted out to full hospital standards including new flooring and Doc M specification bathrooms. Externally, the existing courtyards were redeveloped for use as outdoor therapy, play and relaxation spaces along with car parking facilites.
