Description

Construction of a Single-Storey Extension for Office and Storage Space for Clonmel Healthcare. The aim of this project was to to build a new single-storey extension with a 21,000 square feet floor area designated for offices, staff facilities, and bulk storage.

The extension has a a full M&E fit-out, with PV panels installed on the roof and infrastructure for robotic forklifts. Additionally, all site services and site-works were taken care of. As the site entrance was shared with an adjacent campus, it was important to maintain daily communication with the building manager and our team to prevent any disturbances to the live facility.
