In its location, adjacent to an existing Service Station and the busy Cashel Road roundabout, the demolition of the existing single storey buildings required the very highest standards in safety – a requirement our team take as a given for all projects.
Following the careful demolition and all associated groundworks, the new three storey 970m2 Commercial Building was constructed and finished to the highest standards. The building was then divided into three units before being fitted out ready for its new commercial tenants.
