The Role:

  • Measurement and pricing of tender projects
  • Liaise with site management team to ensure completion and procurement of packages in line with programme and budget
  • Sub-Contractor management – Procurement to Final account stage
  • Preparation of Monthly Cost Reports
  • Preparation of Monthly progress applications
  • Measuring and valuing site variations
  • Attending and updating regular site meetings
  • Other duties as assigned
  • This role is office/site based


  • BSc in Construction Economics/Quantity Surveying
  • 3 – 5 years experience in a fast-paced construction environment, preferably contractor background
  • Measurement / Take-off experience


  • Excellent IT skills are a must for this position
  • Experience with Buildsoft to generate BOQs etc.
  • Proactive approach
  • Ability to multi-task and manage many priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions within a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Commercial awareness
  • Excellent analytic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
